Discussion Topic: Managing a Multigenerational Team
Broad generalizations have been made about millennials in the workplace. However, are millennials really that different from the rest of us? Recent research shows that workplace priorities reflect more commonalities than differences among the generations. Where there are differences, there may be an opportunity to introduce new practices that are for the better of the overall team, making managing a multigenerational team less challenging for managers. During our Fall 2016 CreativeExecs Roundtable series, we’ll explore these ideas as well as discuss lessons learned in attracting and retaining millennial talent.
